Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah of the Supreme Court, is appointed as the chairman of the Arbitration Law Review Committee. The first meeting of the Arbitration Law Review Committee was convened on Thursday 1st June 2023 at the Supreme Court premises.
Participants who are also members of the Arbitration Review Committee, included senior SC lawyer Muhammad Makhdoom Ali Khan; Faisal Hussain Naqvi; Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan Secretary Riffat Inam Butt; Board of Investment, Islamabad Executive Director General and Additional Secretary Muhammad Khashih-ur-Rehman; and the Legislative Advisor, Ambreen Abbasi of the Law and Justice ministry.
